Faisal brings a unique combination of courtroom experience, public service, and international legal practice to his work in criminal defense law. He is known for his practical approach, clear communication, and strong commitment to helping clients understand their options and move forward with confidence.
His background as a former prosecutor and federal analyst allows him to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives and build focused, results-driven strategies for the people he represents.
Faisal currently serves as Principal Attorney at his Houston-based practice, where he focuses on criminal defense matters. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled trial-level criminal cases and worked in the Crimes Against Children division.
Earlier in his career, Faisal practiced internationally with Al Tamimi & Company, advising multinational clients on litigation, arbitration, and corporate matters. He also worked with the Department of Homeland Security, supporting asylum and humanitarian case processing and inter-agency coordination.
These experiences shaped his client-focused, detail-driven approach to criminal defense.
